Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges, your return must reach our warehouse within 7 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.
Can I return an item due to change of mind?
Yes, we do accept on a case-by-case basis.
Please make sure that the products/items are unused and if they came in a box, must be unopened and in their original packaging
All delivery/transportation cost will be borne by you.
What are your reimbursment and processing time?
After your return has been confirmed, you will be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item.
We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.
In situations when the order qualifies for free delivery, $15 – $80 (depending on weight) will be deducted from the issued Store Credit.
